After graduation I married and soon moved near Sharon, Pa and later to Hubbard, Ohio. After 15 years of marriage we divorced and I moved to Florida in 1977. I have lived in the Orlando area since then. I raised my two children alone. When my daughter was a Senior in High School I met my present husband, Dennis, at church. He works as a Lab Tech. for a Sherwin Williams Mfg. Plant for almost 26 years.
I have done various jobs, in the first years I worked in offices. My first job in Florida was a Secy/Bookkeeper for a Locksmith. Later I open my own Residential Cleaning service and ran it for 15 years. I found the money was better than office work here in Florida. I have done part time sales work and enjoy that! I guess that is because I like to talk!!!
My hobbies have always been crafts of some kind. The past 6 years I have been making jewelry. I do Gemstone and Swarovski Crystals, plus many other creative things. I make all my personal jewelry in sets necklace, bracelet, ear rings and watch to match. I get many orders from just wearing mine.
I am retired but are we ever retired as there is always something to do.
The years have been good me to with no major health issues.
My Mother is still living and is almost 92 and my Father passed away 2 years ago at 92. They had been married 70 years one week prior to his death. My sister, my only sibling moved to Florida about 2 years after I did. She has 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. In 2018 we sold our home in Orlando and relocated to Ft. McCoy, Fl. on 10 acres.
